Donate money for preparation and distribution of food to downtrodden persons including migrants: Madhya Pradesh HC imposes bail condition

The madhya pradesh High Court has set aside the condition for granting bail. Justice SA Dharmadikari said that bail applicants  will donate money to feed the poor as a part of their bail conditions. Atleast 17 orders have been passed over  the 10 days, judge bench of justice S.A. Dharmadikari granted bail to accused on the condition that they deposit money with their district collector.

So that they utilize  that money for the preparation  of food and its distribution to the people who need it. The court made it clear that the benefit of bail will be given to that who will deposit the prescribed amount of money  to district collector and will have the receipt for that.

And further,it directed the collector to maintain a separate account for such donations. Additionally, all bail applicants were also asked to install the Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phones.
