SC POSTPONES HEARING OF PLEA REGARDING FINAL YEAR EXAMS, GRANTS TIME TO UGC
Plea filed by Advocate Alakh Alok Srivastav on behalf of 31 students against UGC’’ decisions to postpone final year students exam has been postpone to be heard on 14 th August 2020.
The purpose of plea is to demand relief from top court keeping in mind students health, safety and loss in terms of jobs or admission opportunities. The chief of the ‘India Wide Parents’ named Anubha Srivastav Sahai, also expressed her expectations of SC delivering order in favour of students at large.
SC has granted times to UGC to draft their replies for affidavits from Maharashtra and Delhi.
