The imposition of restriction is further development of Government notification dated March 31,2020 restricting opening of OPD (outpatient department)  against which a PIL was filed by All India People Front through Advocate Pranjal Shukla . PIL stated that the notification issued by Govt  is depriving non-COVID patient from getting a proper treatment, PIL therefore mentioned
