About the Speaker

Mr. Firdosh Karachiwala is the Chairman of National conciliation and Arbitration Board, He is also a member of International Conciliation And Arbitration Board (London). Mr Karachiwala is a Panel member of World Mediation Forum and a Master Trainer in A.D.R having acquired masters Training in Australia and United Kingdom. He has conducted several training programme in India and abroad on Mediation for Judges,  Advocates, Chartered Accountants, Engineers,  Architects,  NGOs etc. He has  Co-authored a Book on “Mediation in India-A Toolkit ” published by USEFI of American Consulate, Second Book ‘Conflict Resolution Through Mediation’  published  by CADR.
 He has Attended various International Conferences naming1)   Crans Montana (Switzerland)
2)   International Court at Hague
3)   European Conference at Vienna
4)   Asia Pacific Mediation Conference at Malaysia
