Supreme Law House is looking for Senior Associate Advocate With 5-7 Year Experience in Foreign DECREE Execution, CPC, FEMA, Corporate, International laws and cross border transaction.
Excellent command over the drafting of Execution Petition of foreign DECREE / (Claim, Recovery Petition, Execution Petition, order 37; order 22,22 and Section 44A,13CPC, FEMA) ( Command over English- Oral and Writing to deal with foreign Client.
Ability to understand the scope of work and execute them.
Good legal drafting skills in CPC and FEMA
Comprehensive knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and procedures of company law matters.
Knowledge and experience on Corporate Commercial Matters and Arbitration and CPC
Keep track and be aware of rules, regulations, notifications, and amendments in-laws especially pertaining to Reciprocating Countries, Foreign DECREE Execution FEMA, Company law, and related corporate commercial laws.
