SC on Wednesday directed the central government to locate those private hospitals, where COVID-19 patients are treated at the free or at nominal rates. The court opined that if those private hospitals who have obtained their land either free or at penny expenses, then why can’t those hospitals provide treatment at nominal expenses or free?
